Count all coins and bills then enter their quantities or amounts under the denominations column. Entering one value will automatically fill in the other value. Once all denominations are counted, the program will tell you how much money needs to be removed from the till tray. Input the amount of each denomination that you are subtracting from the till to get the float remaining in the till. Clicking "finalize" will submit the counts and generate a till count slip which will be printed to either a receipt printer or standard printer attached to your PC. This slip should be stored in the tray it applies to. Money taken out of the tray during counting along with the previous counting slip should be attached together and stored in a safe.

To view previously submitted counts, either load a till number and click the serial # in the last counted section of the tray data or enter a known serial number in the search bar on the bottom of this page and click "load".

Use the "Cash in bag", "Z reading" and "Over/ short" lines on the bottom of the counting slip to identify overages and shortages in your cash operations.

The ‘Paid In’ function is used when money is added outside of a regular ‘transaction’. For example, if the business receives donations to a local charity or money paid for advertising in a store window, a Paid In can be processed to reflect the funds added to the cash drawer.

To use the ‘Paid In’ function, enter the name of the person who is paying the business under the "Pay in from" field. Next, enter the amount, select a reason and enter a reference explaining the purpose for the pay in. Once finished, click "Submit Pay In" and the system will print a slip on the default printer. The system will then populate the serial #, status and date fields.

To view a pay in by serial #, enter a serial number in the "Load pay in by serial #" field and click "load". The system will lookup the requested pay in and will load it, if it exists.

The ‘Paid Out’ function is used when money is removed outside of a regular ‘transaction’. For example, if the business pays a vendor or employee with funds from the cash drawer, a Paid Out can be processed to reflect the funds removed from the cash drawer.

To use the ‘Paid Out’ function, enter the name of the person who is being paid by the business under the "Pay out to" field. Next, enter the amount, select a reason and enter a reference explaining the purpose for the pay out. Alternatively you could enter the receipt number of a receipt from a store where supplies were purchased for the business. Once finished, click "Submit Pay Out" and the system will print a slip on the default printer. The system will then populate the serial #, status and date fields.

To view a pay out by serial #, enter a serial number in the "Load pay out by serial #" field and click "load". The system will lookup the requested pay out and will load it, if it exists.
