Count all coins and bills then enter their quantities or amounts under the denominations column. Entering one value will automatically fill in the other value. Once all denominations are counted, the program will tell you how much money needs to be removed from the till tray. Input the amount of each denomination that you are subtracting from the till to get the float remaining in the till. Clicking "finalize" will submit the counts and generate a till count slip which will be printed to either a receipt printer or standard printer attached to your PC. This slip should be stored in the tray it applies to. Money taken out of the tray during counting along with the previous counting slip should be attached together and stored in a safe.
To view previously submitted counts, either load a till number and click the serial # in the last counted section of the tray data or enter a known serial number in the search bar on the bottom of this page and click "load".
Use the "Cash in bag", "Z reading" and "Over/ short" lines on the bottom of the counting slip to identify overages and shortages in your cash operations.
